Pour vous inscrire vous devez amener la fiche d’inscription de votre Ă©quipe, la fiche mĂ©dicale et la demande de licence duments remplies aux permanences ou Ă  l’entraineur de votre Ă©quipe. Merci de tĂ©lĂ©charger (bouton droit et enregistrer sous ou enregistrer la cible du lien sous) les documents correspondants Ă  votre (vos) Ă©quipe(s) puis de les imprimer :
